From a young age, I was drawn to the idea of building — not just working inside something someone else created, but shaping something from the ground up. Finance was the tool I chose. The vocabulary, the models, the discipline of moving capital with intention. I studied it at UT Austin because I knew that understanding money was the first step to doing anything real with it.

Real estate pulled me in because it's the most tangible form of capital I know. You can stand in front of it. Communities take shape on it. I minored in it, then walked straight into the deep end. Today I work in real estate private equity and development in Texas — my focus sitting at the intersection of finance, operations, and the kind of long-term thinking that good land investment requires. My background spans financial analysis, investor relations, and deal execution, and I'm drawn to markets that are moving before the broader conversation catches up to them.

Alongside the day-to-day of the industry, I also write. I publish a Substack called Just Keep Shining (and might be working on releasing a poetry book) — because I've always believed that the ability to connect deeply is just as valuable as the ability to analyze well.

Beyond finance, I'm deeply interested in entrepreneurship and what it actually takes to build something from the ground up. I'm currently developing Simply Sundays Co. — a community platform at simplysundays.co centered around entrepreneurship, personal development, and wellness — because I think the most valuable thing you can build alongside a career is a community of people genuinely invested in growing together.

My conviction through it all is building things that make people feel more alive — financially, creatively, and socially.

so live, laugh, and keep on loving.

Ask me about running (not about being fast), what it feels like to work in a family business, the essay I'm most proud of publishing, or why poetry is the hardest thing I've ever tried.

Building

Active on capital raise and deal work at TGC. The kind of work that requires you to know everything at once. I like that about it.

Writing

The Substack is on a brief, intentional pause. It will be back — louder and more specific. In the meantime, poems are accumulating quietly in a notes app I'm slightly afraid to open.
